Hydraulic Punching and Marking Machine

Main frame is fortified C-type welding structure,with strong rigidity and longevity of service.

Three stations(one can be used as marking station),automatically replace station.

Worktable with ball-bearings supports workpiece,grip resistance is less.

X-axis and Y-axis are driven by servo-motor and ballscrew,ensuring higher positioning precision,stable operation and longevity of service.

Two axes CNC,ensuring high precision positioning.

Workpiece program can be inputted manually,also can be created by lofting software automatically and then transmitted through USB or network,simulant workpiece graphics can be displayed in order to make program checking more conveniently.

Manufacturing process can be monitored in real-time,including data of process,status of external switches,and the indication of malfunction diagnosing is perfect.

We provide an optional drilling unit,which can compose a complex punching and drilling machine,the rotate sppd of principal spindle and infeed speed can be stepless adjusted.

As touching the workpiece,the infeed speed will be changed from fast speed to working speed automatically.As drilling through the thickness,the drilling spindle would return rapidly,the maximal diameter can be precessed up to 50mm.

Self-correcting hydraulic clamp,

Automatically adapts to the inequalities of workpiece,distance between two clamps can be adjusted to adapt to the size of workpiece.

High-powered hydraulic system,

system maintenance is convenient.

Hydraulic system includes many devices,such as high and low pressure filter,

Accmulator,water-cooler or aire-cooler,and indicating instruments for pressure,temperature,liquid-level.Adopting imported international famous brand of hydraulic solenoid valves.
