It can be seen from the above that the accuracy of CNC machine tools can be divided into mechanical and electrical aspects, such as spindle accuracy, such as runout, bus, etc.; the accuracy of lead screw; the accuracy of fixture during processing; the rigidity of machine tool, etc. The electrical aspect is mainly the control mode, such as semi closed loop, full closed loop, feedback and compensation mode, interpolation accuracy during processing, etc. Therefore, the accuracy of the machine tool does not depend on whether the machine tool is fully closed-loop.
